Anything under $50.00 will result in a flat $5.95 charge. You understand that all items purchased from ChopMyHair.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. We are not responsible for damages made during transit and assure you that any damaged item was not how they were shipped. We reserve the right to choose any shipping carrier and shipping method and may split orders into different shipping dates. Item will be shipped to your billing address only (unless acceptations are made) and we may or may not require signature for your order. You understand that some items may result in a drop shipment from a vendor and may arrive separately on different dates. ChopMyHair.com is not responsible for third party drop shipments, loss and/or damages made during transit. ChopMyHair.com uses tracking numbers for all orders being shipped throughout the US and mostly out of the country. If the shipping carrier used states your item was delivered, then we believe it was delivered. In a case where there has been a credit card fraud and you received a package from us, simply return the package back to us and we will refund the amount back to the form of payment used. This is why we ship only to your billing address.
Chop My Hair ships almost WORLDWIDE! Chop My Hair is not liable for custom taxes and duties in your country. It is solely your responsibility to find out the tax amount before purchasing. You understand that all items purchased from ChopMyHair.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. If the package is returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee minus our shipping cost out- no negotiation. Item will be shipped USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL, whichever we choose is our best option. You understand that we have the right to split orders and ship on different dates. If the shipping carrier used states your item was delivered, then we believe it was delivered. No aerosol and liquids can be shipped at this time. All international buyers must use PayPal as their form of payment. Item will be shipped to confirmed addresses only. If your address is unconfirmed, we have the right to cancel your order without further notification.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Chop My Hair reserves the right to refuse any return. Clearance items, sale items, and special ordered items are not included in this Returns & Exchanges policy and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Other items such as shears (cutting and thinning), any form of sprays (disinfectant) and oils, magazines, posters, books, clipper and trimmer blades, styling products including shampoo, conditioner, gel, mousse, hair spray, masque, mask, makeup, manicure items, razors, facial items, brushes, combs, wet good items, tweezers, eyelash glue, and eyelashes are ALL SALE FINAL for sanitary reasons. Chop My Hair wants you to have a pleasurable experience and provides a 30 day policy for any returns or exchanges. Item/s that are to be returned or exchanged must be in its original shape, unused, free of any defects, including not limited to stained, scratched, used or torn parts. Please note that you must first e-mail customer service for a return authorization number. Without an authorization number, we have the right to refuse your return. There is a 20% restocking fee, deduction of our shipping fees, and return shipping is at customer’s cost. Credit will be issued back in the form of payment previously made if a refund is requested. Please allow 10-14 working days for credit to be processed and 2-7 working days for your bank to release the funds back. If an exchange is requested, any credit remaining will be refunded back.
If the item is being returned because it is faulty, we will inspect the item. If no mechanical defects are found and the item is working up to par, there will be a 20% restocking fee and a deduction of our shipping out cost from your refund amount. Return shipping is at customer’s cost. Credit will be issued back in the form of payment previously made if a refund is requested or a new replacement will be shipped out if an exchange is desired. Please allow 10-14 working days for credit to be processed and 2-7 working days for your bank to release the funds back. If your item is returned back to us resulting from undeliverable mail, a 20% restocking fee and our shipping out cost will be deducted when a refund is issued. It is solely your responsibility to track your package.
If you have received your item damaged caused by the shipping carrier, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will make necessary arrangement with the shipping carrier and notify you with future steps. Anything after 7 days, we will assume that the item arrived in good condition. If you still wish to exchange or refund your item after 7 days, we will process a 20% restocking fee, deduct our shipping out cost, and return shipping is at customer’s cost.
